A FMCG company in Coimbatore approached us with a problem in product listing on e-commerce platform. They had tried with 2-3 teams for more than 3 months but couldn't make those products live.

A food production company serving all over India, sold out the company and a new management took over. It had a bad reputation based about the products and wanted to revive the team and their entire working methodology.

 

A 6 month project to spread across the region about the management change, burying and suppressing the negativity spread all over was s the main goal.
